By submitting your request you are not committed to a purchase. Once your order is reviewed you will have the opportunity to approve the final logo set up and order information.

 

                                             

 

How To Order:

  1. Review our online catalog, make your selections and submit your request through the Shopping Cart Feature. No payment is required at this time.
  2. You will be contacted by a Summit Road Apparel embroidery expert to discuss the details of your order and go over any specific requests you may have. At that point you will be directed to submit your artwork to initiate the set-up process.


Logo Set-Ups, Proofs and Approvals:

  1. If you have specific artwork for us to use we will provide you an e-mail address for submission. If you would like us to set up text only, or use stock images we can do that also. We'll send you a virtual sample via e-mail, and then contact you to discuss design details.
  2. If requested, we will mail you a "sew-out", or actual thread and fabric swatch sewn to scale. For orders under $100,
  3. There will be a $5 charge for each sew-out requested.
  4. Once the logo is set up to your satisfaction, you should e-mail or fax your approval of the virtual sample or the sew-out noting the date and version number of the sample, to the Summit Road Apparel contact provided.
  5. Revisions: If you want to add to or change an approved logo there will be a revision fee of $35.


Timeframes:
We will make every attempt to process your order in a timely fashion. Digitized Logo Set-Ups typically take 2-3 days. Several of the top requested apparel lines are in stock, ready to customize. If your items need to be ordered they usually arrive within 5 -7 business days. Actual embroidery time can be as quick as 1 day, depending on the size of your order. Larger orders may take several days. Finished orders are shipped UPS Ground. Rush shipping is available at an additional cost.
 

 
Payment Terms:
Your credit card will be charged for your total order amount, including logo set-up fees and shipping charges once your order is shipped. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

*Most logos will fall in the 1st category, unless they are large and contain a lot of solid color stitching.

**Set-up fee only applies if a digitized logo is unavailable. There is no charge for logos which are text only or use stock images.
