International Shipping Now Available!

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our customers Worldwide!

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

International customers can save up to 82% off typical international shipping rates by following these four easy steps:

	Register with Bongo and receive a U.S. shipping address.
	Enter the Bongo address as both your billing and shipping address.
	Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method.
	Once the order arrives at Bongo, log into your account to forward to your country.

Minimum Order: There is currently no minimum order required.

Shipping and Handling: Free shipping is available on all orders of $2000 and above to KY, NC, SC and TN. All other orders will be charged freight. Shipping is handled by UPS and Freight Lines. Most products arrive within 3-5 business days, once the order is processed. We can not deliver to a P.O. Box. Orders outside of the mainland US may take longer to arrive and be subject to an additional charge. Rush shipping is available at an additional charge.

Certain oversized items may require additional shipping charges.  You will be contacted before shipment if these charges apply to your order.  Any additional shipping charges will appear as a separate charge on your credit card.

HAZMAT Fees: There is an additional HAZMAT fee of $21 per case for all lighters, butane and lighter fluid. Each case may contain multiple lighter orders, up to a maximum of 70lbs per case.  You will be notified of the exact HazMat fee before your order is shipped.  This additional fee will appear as a separate charge on your credit card.

Sales and Use TAX ID#'s: Summit Road Distributing is required to charge sales tax in the following states: NC, VA, DC, MD, TN, KY, SC and GA.   If you have a valid Sales and Use Tax ID# you may qualify for sales tax exemption in these states.  Your first order will be charged sales tax, and you may complete a TAX ID Certificate found on our website, in the Account Set Up page.  This should be signed and returned to us by fax to:252-438-5479, or e-mailed to us at info@summitroadpartners.com.  Upon receipt of this certificate we will issue you a credit of any applicable tax charged to you.  All future orders will not be charged tax while the certificate remains valid.  Please be sure to print your name, company name and e-mail address clearly on the form.

Payment Terms: All payments for orders submitted online may be paid for using VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Orders faxed or mailed in may also be paid for with a Cashiers Check or Money Order. You must be 21 years or older to purchase.

Shortages and Damages: Any shortages, errors or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to 1-877-4SR-DIST (477-3478). Please also have driver note any claims on the freight bill of shortages or damage to your shipment. Damaged items should be returned to the address below:

Returns and Backorders: All items are sold on a non-returnable basis. However, if you have a damaged or defective item we will be happy to assist you. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at 1-877-4SR-DIST (477-3478), and we will issue a return authorization number to you. All returns must include this authorization number and the packing slip. No items will be accepted if returned with stickers or price marks on the item.

If an item you order is unavailable but on backorder, you will be contacted before your order is processed. You will have the opportunity to continue with the rest of your order and have the backordered item automatically shipped to you, or you may cancel the item which is unavailable. Separate shipping charges may apply to backordered items.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Typographical errors sometimes happen and Summit Road Distributing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. You will be notified of the price error and given the option to purchase the item at the correct price.

Third Party Links: In an attempt to offer a broad range of services to our site visitors, we may provide links to sites operated by third parties. Summit Road Distributing has no control over these linked sites, which maintain their own privacy practices. However, Summit Road Distributing values the quality and integrity of its site and will only allow links to reputable companies which may enhance the products and services we offer.
