Payment:

All customer accounts must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

 

Minimum Order:

There is currently no minimum order required.  Please note that some items are sold by case lots only.  

 

Freight:

Free shipping is available on all orders of $2000 and above to KY, NC, SC and TN. All other orders will be charged freight. Shipping is handled by UPS and Freight Lines. Most products arrive within 3-5 business days, once the order is processed. We can not deliver to a P.O. Box. Orders outside of the mainland US may take longer to arrive and be subject to an additional charge. Shortages And Damages:

Notify our office at 1-877-4SR-DIST (477-3478) within 48 hours. Please have driver note any claims on the freight bill of any shortage or damage to your shipment.
 

Pricing:

Prices are subject to change without notice. Printing errors can happen in catalogs and on line and we always prefer to go over pricing when receiving your orders. If faxing or e-mailing in your orders please include prices so that we can notify you if any change has to be made.
 

Returns:

Items are sold on a non-returnable policy. However, if you have a defective item we will be glad to take care of your problem. If any items are being returned they must include a packing slip along with the return authorization number, which we will provide. No items will be accepted if returned with stickers or price marks on the products. All returns must be in like new condition.
